This 1.0 hour ethics CLE will address ethics and disciplinary issues of interest to patent practitioners and rights holders in the life sciences area. Attendees will learn about the USPTO’s Office of Enrollment and Discipline and its handling of ethical grievances filed against life sciences patent attorneys and agents.
