Overview
This course will provide patent and trademark attorneys with an update on how ethically to practice before the USPTO. Attendees will learn about the ethics issues that arise most frequently during IP representation. The presenters, Michael McCabe and Emil Ali, are registered patent attorneys who specialize in USPTO ethics and disciplinary matters. The course provides practical advice on how practitioners can spot issues and conform their practices to the requirements of the USPTO’s Rules of Professional Conduct.
