Mike will moderate a panel about the quickly evolving landscape in sports and gaming law, and protection of IP rights of individuals and artists, as well as patent and copyrights for sports gaming platforms and online gaming. The panel also addresses the impact of NIL changes in law and IP protection of the name, image and likeness of athletes and entertainers. The panel is Day 1 of the Fall 2024 premier meeting of the Intellectual Property Law Section and Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries.
